CONTROL PANEL MANUFACTURING FACILITY

MODEL LPC-1 PUMP CONTROLLER
As a further continuance into the realm of control panel fabrication, Lynk has in conjunction with its customers and engineering firms developed its own product known as the model LPC-1 Duplex Pump Station Control System. Based upon extensive end user feedback and engineering input, the model LPC-1 offers an excellent balance between cost and performance. The model LPC-1 incorporates the following standard features.

STATE OF THE ART PLC CONTROL
The model LPC-1 incorporates an extremely advanced PLC that is capable of performing the most demanding tasks required in a pumping application. The PLC has features not normally found only in high end machines. These features include 3 serial ports for communication, store and forward capability, floating point math and sub-routine capability. While pre-programmed with all of the standard functionality likely to be required in a pumping station,
custom functions can be readily incorporated.

SCADA ready with pre-mapped I/O registers and store and forward algorithms.

Pump leakage and thermal overload monitoring (where applicable)

Optional radio modem, leased line modem or dial up modem for remote communications.

Optional remote monitoring software.

The model LPC-1 is fully self contained in a NEMA 4 weatherproof enclosure and is complete with all necessary motor starters, pilot lights, HOA's, breakers, termination points etc. and is compatible with virtually all pump brands including but not limited to Flygt, Barnes, Myers and Gorman Rupp. Installation is simply a matter of providing an electrical service to the panel and connecting the pump wiring. Enter the set point values via the keypad and the system is fully operational.

FOUR LINE ALPHA NUMERIC KEYPAD/DISPLAY:
A combination LCD display and key pad allows easy access to variables such as well or tank level, pump load, pump hours, alarm status, auxiliary input values, calculated values etc. In addition, the keypad is used for data and configuration entries. All user definable parameters such as pump up or pump down operation, level transmitter range and zero, auxiliary analog inputs range and zero, float or transmitter selection, float type, alarm set points, control set points, station address, well chamber dimensions, engineering units
etc. are entered by the end user. The controller can be completely
configured via the keypad/display without the need for a laptop computer.
